Self-balancing beam launcher is a new product developed by our company based on walking beam launcher. Compared with the walking beam launcher which needs to balance the counterweight, the self-balancing beam launcher does not need the assistance of the beam transport vehicle to complete the hole passing independently. The beam launcher can directly return to the beam yard after the beam transport is completed, which greatly improves the overall erection efficiency.

Self-balancing beam launcher consisted of main beam, front middle and rear legs, the front auxiliary outriggers, the upper cross beam, the crane, the horizontal moving track, and the electrical system of the hydraulic machine. It can erect straight, curved, and longitudinally equal-span and variable-span double-line prestressed concrete whole-hole box girder. It has the characteristics of good beam hoisting stability, high work efficiency, safety and reliability, convenient variable span adjustment, and convenient operation.

Advantages

Increase the self-balancing through hole of the front auxiliary outrigger, without the need of the beam carrier, which greatly improves the erection efficiency.
The main beam adopts a truss structure, which has the advantages of light weight, large load, and strong wind resistance.
Break every 12 meters with a pin shaft and bolt link, which is convenient for transfer and transportation.
Walking forward, the middle outrigger does not walk on the bridge deck, and there is no need to erect a longitudinal moving track.
The outrigger has an adjustable angle core plate, which can adapt to the inclined bridge at any angle below 45°
The standard electrical equipment of the whole vehicle is Siemens or Schneider.
